Pro Trade Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax preparation, financial reporting, and related keeping the books services to trade and contractor businesses ("Services"). The scope of Services for each client is defined in a separate engagement letter or service agreement signed by both parties.
Pro Trade Bookkeeping is not a licensed CPA firm and does not provide legal advice. Tax preparation services are provided as a bookkeeping and financial support service; for complex tax matters, clients are encouraged to consult a licensed CPA or tax attorney.

Service fees are outlined in the applicable service agreement or engagement letter. Payment is due as specified in that agreement. Pro Trade Bookkeeping reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts that are past due by 30 or more days. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Pro Trade Bookkeeping will treat all client financial information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except: (a) as required by law or court order; (b) with your express written consent; or (c) as necessary to provide the agreed-upon Services using trusted third-party software platforms.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Pro Trade Bookkeeping and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.
Pro Trade Bookkeeping's liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Pro Trade Bookkeeping be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Pro Trade Bookkeeping does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice. Pro Trade Bookkeeping may terminate immediately for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or fraudulent or illegal activity. Upon termination, clients will receive all client-owned financial data in a standard format within 14 business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Pro Trade Bookkeeping is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Pro Trade Bookkeeping reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site or Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
